PI KAPPA ALPHA Omicron Chapter of University of Richmond Reinstated in STYLE A tuxedoed group of 45 diverse young men celebrated the founding of the “new” Omicron Chapter of The Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity in style April 19, 2024, at Dover Hall, the top-drawer event venue in Goochland County, VA., owned by fraternity brother Chad Hornick.    Absent on the UR campus since their expulsion in 2006, the fraternity is making an impressive comeback with new values and commitment to fostering leadership and lifelong relationships.  These 45 newly initiated gentlemen are musicians, athletes, scholars and leaders. They are honored to be accepted back onto The University of Richmond campus. The initiation rites were conducted in the Cannon Memorial Chapter on The University campus led by Expansion Director, Zach Brown, Gabe Gallo, Chapter Consultant, and Joshua Ronk, Director of the Historical Society. The Friday’s celebratory banquet with over 150 guests filled Dover Hall to full capacity with their dates, parents, UR Greek Life representatives, and  brothers of the Richmond PiKA alumni association.   Distinguished National PIKE guests, joined the party; including keynote speaker Chris Peterson, current international President, who gave an inspirational message, Zach Brown, Jan Ennis, Foundering Father of the Omicron Alumni Association offered remarks, Jonathan Garner, President of the active Omicron Chapter, also addressed the celebratory crowd, and Larry Terry, Chapter Advisor, served as emcee.
